Where is JML based?
JML Internet Solutions is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and has built websites and web applications since 2002. We work remotely with clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the Middle East.
How much does offshore web development cost?
Far less than an equivalent US, UK or Australian agency — typically a fraction of onshore rates for comparable senior work. We quote a clear fixed scope per project so there are no surprises. Tell us your goals and budget and we’ll advise on the right scope.
Do you speak English and overlap with our business hours?
Yes. English is an official business language in the Philippines, so all communication, documentation and code is in fluent English. We schedule overlapping hours with US, UK and Australian time zones for calls and quick turnaround.

Do we own the code, and is there any lock-in?
